We at The Planning Point are working to make our services accessible to people with disabilities.

Accessibility Statement for Workshops and Events:

We are committed to creating inclusive and accessible experiences for all attendees at our workshops and events. We strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of ability, feels welcome and can participate fully.

What We Provide:

  • Wheelchair-accessible venues and restrooms

  • Reserved seating for individuals with mobility, visual, or auditory needs

  • ASL interpretation or live captioning upon request (please request at least 14 days in advance)

  • Printed materials in large print or digital formats

  • Designated quiet spaces for attendees who need a sensory break

  • Staff and volunteers trained to assist with accessibility needs
